1. Service Description
Fluxforge 3D ("we", "us", "our") is a resin 3D printing service based in Middelburg, Zeeland, the Netherlands. We print customer-provided 3D model files using MSLA resin printing technology. We are a manufacturing service, not a retailer of 3D models or designs.
2. Intellectual Property Disclaimer
Important: You are responsible for the files you upload.
By submitting a file for printing, you confirm that you hold the legal right to reproduce the 3D model. This includes, but is not limited to, models you have created yourself, models you have purchased a commercial license for, or models distributed under a license that permits physical reproduction.
Fluxforge 3D does not verify the intellectual property status of submitted files. We act solely as a printing service. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or legal action arising from intellectual property infringement related to files you submit.
We reserve the right to refuse any order if we have reasonable grounds to believe the file infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
3. Quoting and Pricing
Quotes are generated based on estimated material volume and selected resin type. Final prices may differ from initial quotes if the model requires additional supports, orientation adjustments, or multiple print runs. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with your order.
4. File Handling and Privacy
Uploaded files are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not share, sell, or distribute your files to third parties. Files are retained for 30 days after order completion to facilitate reprints if needed, after which they are permanently deleted.
5. Print Quality and Reprints
We quality-check every print before shipping. If a print fails during production, we will reprint it at no additional cost. If you receive a print that is damaged or does not meet the agreed specifications, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a reprint or refund at our discretion.
Minor imperfections inherent to the MSLA printing process (such as minimal support marks or slight surface texture variation) are not grounds for a reprint. We will always communicate expected quality before printing.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the Netherlands and the European Union. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. We pack all orders with appropriate protective materials. Once an order is handed to the postal carrier, risk of loss or damage transfers to the carrier. We will assist with carrier claims if your package is lost or damaged in transit.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before printing begins. Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible and no refund will be issued for the printing cost. Setup fees are non-refundable once file preparation has begun.
8. Limitation of Liability
Fluxforge 3D's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our service or printed products. Printed items are not certified for medical, dental, or safety-critical applications unless explicitly agreed in writing.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zeeland, the Netherlands.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
